Woburn Municipal Credit Union was looking to expand its charter and open up banking services to surrounding communities. They engaged us to create a new name and brand identity that reflected this expanded charter, but was firmly rooted in their brand’s unique heritage of providing a personal touch to customers.


Some people want more than just a bank. These people want friendly, familiar faces that know them and care about their financial well being.


Common Trust Federal Credit Union was officially unveiled to targeted communities, along with a new tagline that captured the spirit of what makes the brand unique – “Familiar faces. Invested in you.” With a new brand foundation in place, it was time to spread the word. We created a television campaign that captured stories of how Common Trust employees help members of the community accomplish their goals through financial services with a caring touch.
