Hubspot Blog Topic Generator
As you begin coming up with ideas for your content, the Hubspot Blog Topic Generator is a great way to help you get started. Type in three nouns and the tool will generate engaging blog topic ideas to get you thinking creatively.
Coschedule Headline Analyzer
The Coschedule Headline Analyzer is a helpful tool for creating shareable blog titles that will rank in search engine results and drive traffic to your site. Simply type in the title of your headline, and Coschedule will analyze its overall structure, grammar, and readability. It will also break it down by various components including its length, keywords and the types of words used.
Another similar tool is the Emotional Marketing Value Headline Analyzer which analyzes how effectively your headline will be able to connect with readers. Coschedule also offers a free content marketing editorial calendar to help you better organize and plan your content.
This online tool allows users to search a keyword or phrase and view its trending history. Once you type your keyword, you can view the time of year when that term is most searched for on Google and plan your content accordingly. Google Trends also provides a list of related keywords which you can insert into the body of a post to boost your Google rankings and get found by more readers.

Grammarly is a free writing assistant to help you write content that is grammatically correct and easy for readers to understand. It analyzes your writing and checks for missing words, poor sentence structure, and other style mistakes. With Grammarly, you’ll know that all of your content will be effective and enjoyable for readers.
With the Backlink Checker web applicaiton, you can enter a link from your website and it will find if there are other pages on the web with links that point to you. This is a great way to find your best performing content as well as examine your competitor’s backlinks to find potential opportunities for new content.
If you don’t have the time or resources to learn Photoshop for your online graphics, Canva is a great alternative. Canva provides free and easy to use customizable templates for social media and email graphics. Just drag and drop different elements to create eye-catching images for all of your content.
